An opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) professional to contribute to the growth and development of students in an early childhood setting. This position is based in Chimayo, NM, and offers a supportive environment with reasonable caseloads, allowing for meaningful work with Pre-K students.

Qualifications:

Current New Mexico state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist

NMPED certification, which may be in pending status at the start date

CCC-SLP preferred, with experience or training in pediatric speech-language therapy

Familiarity with school settings and early childhood education

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

Chimayo, New Mexico

Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs

Manage a manageable caseload focused on Pre-K students

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
