Massage Therapist - Independent Contractor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent patient service skills and be able to adapt to a variety of massage techniques. We focus on family and couple's services as well as body wraps and exfoliations. RSP is a Retreat in the truest sense of the word. We not only listen to our clients but customize all our services to meet our clients needs. We use crystal and sound therapy along with koshi chimes, specialized lighting, soft music and only the highest grade products available to us.

RSP is a concierge spa. You manage your time that will best suit your life needs. We provide everything else. Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, to alleviate tension and pain.
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address specific issues related to muscle tension and discomfort.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications

Valid massage therapy license from an accredited institution.
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pain management techniques.
Experience in customer service, with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in a med spa or similar setting is a plus but not required.
