Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Illinois Schools

VocoVision, in partnership with Sunbelt Staffing, is seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full-time virtual services to K12 students across Illinois for the 20252026 school year. This is a 1099 hourly contract position that allows you to work remotely while delivering impactful support to students during regular school hours.

Position Details:

• Provide teletherapy speech and language services to students with a variety of communication needs

• Conduct assessments, diagnose speech-language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to monitor progress and adjust services as needed

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of services and student progress

• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of speech-language goals

Requirements:

• Active Illinois SLP license and eligibility to work in school settings

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting (experience with teletherapy is a plus)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection, webcam, and headset

• Familiarity and comfort using virtual therapy tools and platforms
