Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health

Location: Seattle, WA
Job Type: Full-Time, 13-Week Contract (with potential extension)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract opportunity in a Home Health setting in Seattle, WA . This role involves providing in-home therapy services to patients to help them regain independence and improve daily functioning. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, has strong communication skills, and values quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions focused on daily living and functional skills

• Track and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary

• Coordinate with caregivers and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals

• Travel to patients homes within the local area (mileage reimbursed)

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to agency and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active OT license in the state of Washington

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Previous Home Health experience preferred

• OASIS experience preferred

• Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR preferred

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45$55/hour (dependent on experience and skills)
