Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) New School Year Travel Required - Ridgeland, SC

Sunbelt is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a school district near Ridgeland, South Carolina.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork
• Participate in varied service delivery models (i.e. individual, group, consultative) in cooperation with the student, other school personnel, and the students family
• Assist students in grades PreK-12
• 45-60 student caseload
• Travel to different school locations in the nearby area

Qualifications:

• License to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of South Carolina
• Experience working in a school setting with range of caseloads preferred

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
• August 2024 - June 2025

As an employee of Sunbelt, you will be paid weekly and your compensation package will be based off your needs. This is an hourly paid position, W2, and full-time applicants are eligible for dental, vision, and health benefits, as well as 401k.
