Job Title: Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (School-Based)

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in delivering high-quality teletherapy services to students. In this remote, school-based position, the SLP will play a vital role in supporting students development of essential communication skills that contribute to their academic progress and social well-being. This opportunity offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful and lasting impact on students educational experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
• Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid SLP license in CA (or willingness to obtain licensure).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
