Position Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a team serving an all Pre-K caseload in Raleigh, North Carolina . This full-time position (37 hours per week) involves providing speech and language therapy to young learners in a few schools located in close proximity to one another. You will play an essential role in helping children with communication delays, promoting early intervention, and supporting academic and social development in the early childhood years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to Pre-K students, addressing articulation, language delays, fluency, and other speech-related challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and strategies to help achieve communication and academic goals.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active North Carolina SLP License (required)
• Experience working with Pre-K students is preferred
• Ability to travel between schools located in close proximity
