Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to enhance student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies
• Engage in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid North Carolina license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with students with communication challenges
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment
