Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Job Type: Full-Time, 13-Week Contract (with potential extension)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Home Health setting in Farmington Hills, MI . This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, self-driven therapist who enjoys working one-on-one with patients in their homes to promote safety, function, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

• Deliver occupational therapy services aimed at improving daily living skills

• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed

• Communicate effectively with caregivers and members of the interdisciplinary team

• Travel to patients' homes within the local area (mileage reimbursed)

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active OT license in the state of Michigan

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Previous Home Health experience preferred

• OASIS experience preferred

• Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR preferred

• Excellent communication and time management skills
