Job Type: Full-Time, 13-Week Contract (with potential extension)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Home Health setting located in Lawrence, MA . In this role, youll provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, supporting their journey toward improved mobility and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer physical therapy treatments according to the plan of care developed by the supervising PT

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques

• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety measures

• Travel to patient homes within the local area (mileage reimbursed)

• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current and active PTA license in the state of Massachusetts

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Prior Home Health experience preferred

• Current Basic Life Support Certification

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
