Sunbelt Staffing is thrilled to offer a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity in Cool Springs, North Carolina. This role involves providing speech therapy services to elementary and middle school students across multiple nearby schools. You will play an essential role in the students' development of communication skills, helping them achieve both academic and social success at an important stage of their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech therapy to elementary and middle school students, addressing challenges such as articulation, language delays, fluency issues, and other speech disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Continuously monitor student progress and tailor therapy methods to meet each students unique needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings to offer professional expertise and support in adjusting goals.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active North Carolina SLP License (required)
- Experience working with elementary and middle school students is a plus, but not required
- Ability to travel between multiple nearby schools in the Cool Springs area
