Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Position (37 hours/week) Troutman, NC

Start Date: Immediate 2024-2025 School Year
Grade Level: Elementary & Middle School

Sunbelt Staffing is excited to offer a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position in Troutman, North Carolina . This role involves providing speech therapy services to elementary and middle school students, with the opportunity to work across multiple schools in close proximity. This is an incredible opportunity to support the development of students communication skills and contribute to their academic and social success at a critical stage of their education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to elementary and middle school students, addressing articulation, language delays, fluency issues, and other communication challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
• Track student progress and adjust therapy techniques to ensure that each students goals are met.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute expertise and adjust educational goals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active North Carolina SLP License (required)
• Experience working with elementary and middle school children preferred, but not required
• Ability to travel between multiple nearby schools
