Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health

Location: Kingston, NY
Job Type: Full-Time, 13-Week Contract (with potential extension)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract opportunity in a Home Health setting in Kingston, NY . This role involves providing individualized therapy in patients' homes to promote recovery, improve function, and support independence. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and managing a home-based caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to help patients improve daily function

• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and caregivers

• Travel to patient homes within the local area (mileage reimbursed)

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active OT license in the state of New York

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Previous Home Health experience preferred

• OASIS experience preferred

• Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR preferred

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45$55/hour based on experience and skills
