We are a small, community-focused outpatient speech therapy clinic seeking a proactive and personable Patient Care Coordinator with a focus on Public Relations. This role is essential in supporting our mission to deliver excellent patient care by strengthening communication with our patients, referral sources, and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain positive, consistent communication with local referral sources.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between referral sources and the clinic owner.
Assist in the preparation, organization, and delivery of PR materials and mailings.
Collaborate on market research efforts, including creating and distributing surveys to better understand the needs of our community.
Work alongside our graphic designer to develop effective marketing and PR materials.
Update and enhance the clinic's website with valuable, engaging content.
Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram).
Build a referral source email list; assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters, blogs, and video content (vlogs).
Perform light office duties and help maintain a tidy, welcoming clinic environment.
