Travel Physical Therapy Assistant

A smaller community hospital located outside of Ridgecrest, California is seeking a full-tine, Travel Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team for 13 weeks!

The Travel Physical Therapist Assistant Job Opportunity:

• Full-time, travel opportunity
• 13 week contract with extension potential
• Mon-Fri schedule, 8 or 10 hour shifts
• Weekly direct deposits
• Great therapy leadership and administration team!
• Responsible for administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as supervised by the Physical Therapist (PT). Administers treatments and physical agents as directed by the PT Manager, after patient evaluation. Participates in operational aspects of the department, performance improvement activities, infection control, departmental equipment training and District safety programs.

The Travel Physical Therapist Assistant Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have active California PTA License
• Must have previous physical therapy experience
• Must have BLS Certification before starting contract

The California Location:

• One hour commute time from Bakersfield, CA
