Responsibilities
The role of the Occupational Therapist is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family occupational therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years); maintains documentation on patient treatments. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings. Addresses educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions; performs other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor Degree
- Occupational Therapist (KY)
Desired:
- One year in occupational therapy
- Master Degree
