This role involves working with multiple age groups, focusing on enhancing the developmental and therapeutic needs of children from Pre-K to 3rd grade. Location:
Bolingbrook, IL Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and visual-motor integration. Collaborate with educators, parents, and IEP team members to design and implement individualized therapy goals. Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to students, ensuring progress is documented and communicated effectively. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and adjust therapy as needed. Qualifications: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapist with relevant experience. Prior experience in school-based therapy or working with pediatric populations is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
