This role is situated in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, within an engaging elementary school environment focused on supporting the diverse needs of its 22 students, including two non-verbal individuals. Qualifications: CCC-SLP certification. Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within school settings. Proficiency in addressing articulation issues and developing individualized education plans (IEPs). Familiarity with therapy techniques for non-verbal students. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ Responsibilities: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students requiring speech and language support. Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet the varied needs of the caseload. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning and communication skills. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapeutic outcomes. Conduct group and individual therapy sessions to address articulation and other speech-related challenges.
