Job Description

RCM Health Care is looking for Occupational Therapists with school based experience to provide VIRTUAL therapy services to school students in MINNESOTA. This position is 100% remote/work from home, utilizing our HIPPA/FERPA compliant platform with games, materials and assessments FOR FREE. Position is caseload building, direct services only.

Requirements:

-Minnesota Occupational Therapy License

-Prefer candidates with school based experience

-Previous virtual therapy/assessment experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:

-Flexibility of writing your on schedule, manage own caseload

-Provide virtual services as per IEP

-Assessments as needed

Schedule:

2025-2026 School Year - Will follow Academic Calendar

Compensation:

$60/hour - based on experience
