This full-time position involves working with a diverse group of 45-50 students across four schools, delivering supportive and therapeutic interventions that enhance students' educational experiences. Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with children in a school setting, particularly K-12 students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals. Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy documentation. Proficient in developing and implementing therapy goals and activities. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Collaborate with school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
