This full-time contract position is located in Simpsonville, SC, and focuses on fostering student growth and achievement through tailored therapeutic practices. Key Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in a school setting Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Location: Simpsonville, SC Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services addressing various disorders, including articulation, language, and fluency. Conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate student needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and special education teams to establish and monitor therapy goals. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress in alignment with state and district regulations. Participate actively in IEP meetings to contribute to the development of student objectives. Manage a caseload of students, ensuring effective and timely therapy service delivery.
