Ensure adherence to department and patient treatment schedules, timely clinical and billing documentation requirements, and attendance at work-related meetings. Attend and contribute to patient care, staffing conferences, and other related meetings. Make referrals to other disciplines and agencies to address the comprehensive needs of the patient. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen based on the needs and capabilities of each patient. Physical Therapist Assistant Job Qualifications: Active PT license in Maryland.
