We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC or CF) to join our team for full-time positions available throughout the school year. Job Details: Location: Ballston Spa, NY, and surrounding areas Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday Caseload: Elementary to high school (based on preference) Salary: $42 - $60 per hour (based on experience) Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to achieve speech and language goals Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid New York SLP license or eligibility to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellows (CF) encouraged to apply New York State Teacher Certification in Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in school-based settings is a plus Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Guaranteed hours Professional mentorship for Clinical Fellows Opportunities for career growth and advancement Comprehensive support from an experienced team How to Apply:
