We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school-based setting near Caldwell, ID. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with speech and language needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist the SLP in implementing therapy plans and interventions.
Provide direct support to students in individual or small group settings.
Conduct speech screenings under the direction of the SLP.
Document student progress and help track treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with the school team to ensure students' needs are met effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
State certification as an SLPA (if applicable).
Previous experience working with children in a school or therapy setting is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
