Samaritan Healthcare is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join us in providing high-quality, outpatient services across the age continuum. In this role, you will provide physical therapy services primarily to the outpatient population of Samaritan Healthcare to include assessment, treatment, and care as well as participating in educational instruction with the patients and patient's family. The bulk of the practice is outpatient orthopedics across all ages, post operative cases, spine care, vestibular and neurological. The Physical Therapist must be competent in the interpretation of a patient's self-report, behavior, and understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process. The treatment of patients should be individualized to reflect an understanding of the developmental needs and range of treatment needs for each patient.

You may qualify for this position with the following credentialing and experience:
- Graduate of a school of physical therapy approved by the State of Washington Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
- Proof of a valid active license issued by the State of Washington Board of Medical Quality Assurance Division of Allied Health Professionals.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- One year of outpatient care experience in orthopedic, manual therapy and pelvic health preferred, however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate the ability to evaluate infants, toddlers, pre-school, school-age, young, middle-aged adults, and geriatric.
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) level to be completed within three (3) months of hire
This is a full-time position, working four 10 hours shifts, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
