Are you a new graduate SLP preparing to launch your career? We're seeking Clinical Fellows (CFYs) who are eager to grow in a structured, school-based setting . This opportunity provides mentorship from experienced CCC-SLPs , hands-on training, and a supportive team environment to help you transition smoothly into your role. What You'll Do: Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in elementary or middle school settings.

Work alongside an experienced CCC-SLP mentor who will guide you throughout your CFY.

Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement therapy plans tailored to student needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress.

Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings .

What You Need to Apply: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology .

Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in Texas.

Texas SLP license (or in the process of obtaining one) .

Passion for working in a school-based setting .

Strong communication and teamwork skills .
