This is a full-time position with opportunities to make a significant impact in the lives of young learners. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.

Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student development.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide strategies for speech and language support.

Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Experience working with Elementary and Early Childhood students is highly desirable.

Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
