This position is focused on providing essential speech-language pathology services to students, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with K-12 students preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Proficiency in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders Commitment to collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals Location: Joplin, MO Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech-language intervention. Collaborate with educators and school staff to implement IEPs and monitor student progress. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and strategies for support. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services rendered and student progress.
