Travel Allied - Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist Inpatient/Outpatient

Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 104, 40hrs per week, Mon-Thurs

Length: 13 weeks

Weekends/Holidays: Weekends as needed due to on call & holiday rotation

On Call/Call Back Requirements: 1 week day & Every other weekend ( 45 minute response time) 800-1000

Requirements:

• Licensed State of WI Physical Therapist
• 1 year experience
• AHA BLS
• 2 years experience preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred

Other details:

• Will accept new grads
• No travelers who are coming from a staff position at a facility within 50 mile radius
• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): Hospital Inpatient/Outpatient Approx 70%OP/30% IP
• COVID-19 VACCINE required
