Position Description Concordia University is seeking student applicants for the Aging Strong Graduate Assistant position in the Occupational Therapy department. This part-time position will be located on the CUW Mequon, WI Campus. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and be confirmed enrollees in a Concordia University graduate education program in good academic standing. Students currently enrolled in Concordia's Occupational Therapy program are preferred Job Duties & Responsibilities Excellent organizational, time management skills, and communication skills with staff, families, and patients Communicate positively with prospective applicants via phone, Zoom, and face-to-face interactions Assist with contacting participants, setting up materials and a room for weekly research sessions, and uploading outcome data into a spreadsheet. Assist Aging Strong and other faculty with research-related tasks, including data entry, data collection, literature searches, and writing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to word processing, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook, and Qualtrics Familiarity with alternative graphic design platforms Successful completion of IRB CITI Training. IRB training will be provided based on the Concordia Research Committee's request. Other duties, as assigned Summer, Fall, and Spring schedules will be determined in conjunction with the graduate assistant based on the cohort class schedule.
