Castlebrook Counseling Services, Inc. is a thriving mental health practice dedicated to providing effective and empathic care to our clients. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated pre- or provisionally licensed outpatient therapists (MA, MS, LCSW) and Licensed Outpatient Therapists (LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) to join our team.

Our practice values work-life balance, collaboration, and professional growth, making this an ideal opportunity for pre- or provisionally licensed therapists as well as seasoned therapists seeking a supportive environment and career advancement. Employees have autonomy over their schedules, caseloads, and preferred clientele. Our Intake Coordinator manages the clinical matching process, and therapists are encouraged to develop a niche or generalist practice.

Additional consideration will be given to clinicians interested in providing DBT, EMDR, CBT, or working with children and adolescents. Our DBT Team consists of DBT-LBC Certified Clinicians, DBT Consultation Teams, and therapists performing Full Protocol DBT as well as DBT-Informed treatment. Opportunities are also present to develop Groups, Workshops, and Intensives in your clinical specialty.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a variety of clinical presentations
  • Contribute to the practice's mission of providing exceptional mental health care in an empathic and supportive environment
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards
  • Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical environment.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Massachusetts licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist OR eligibility for licensure
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with a variety of clinical presentations
  • Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Licensed therapists: 15 completed sessions per week minimum
  • Pre- or provisionally licensed therapists: 26 completed sessions per week minimum

What We Offer:

  • A competitive compensation package with opportunities for growth and advancement
  • Flexible scheduling options to promote work-life balance
  • A warm, supportive, and collaborative work environment
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance (for full time employees), retirement plan, and paid time off
  • Regular opportunities for mentorship, supervision, training, and professional development
  • Weekly individual and group supervision for pre- and provisionally licensed therapists
  • A beautiful, well-appointed office space with modern amenities

Pay Range: W2 Fee-for-Service compensation varies depending on licensure and service provided. For example, 60-minute session range is:

  • $60-$62 for pre-licensed or provisionally licensed therapists (MA, MS, LCSW)
  • $67-$69 for LICSW/LMHC
  • $100-$102 for Licensed Psychologists
