We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) to provide vital speech and language services to students across Washington State. • Virtual Therapy Sessions: Provide individualized speech and language therapy to students through secure, interactive online platforms, addressing a range of communication disorders.
• Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct virtual evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, creating tailored therapy plans for each student.
• IEP Development: Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each student.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress through regular assessments and therapy sessions, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Parental Guidance: Engage with parents and guardians to provide insights, strategies, and resources that support the continued development of speech and language skills outside of therapy sessions.

• Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Licensure: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of experience working as an SLP, preferably within a school setting and with experience in teletherapy.
• Technical Proficiency: Competent in using online platforms and tools for therapy and communication.
