- Shift: 12 hours, days

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients to help restore mobility, relieve pain, and improve overall physical function.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement physical therapy interventions in line with the care plan
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises
- Current state PT license (or eligibility)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates are welcome to apply
