Neuro Rehab Physical Therapist

Salary: $2327 / Week The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient. Minimum Requirements: + Current licensure as an Physical Therapist in the State of practice + Must be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Physical Therapy + One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred + Current CPR if applicable + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Must have Neuro experience and minimum 1 year of practice after graduation.
