Responsibilities

As our Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll support therapy goals designed to help residents regain function and maintain their independence. You'll work closely with residents, families, and our therapy team to ensure personalized and compassionate care.

Monitor residents' performance and provide encouragement during therapy sessions

Assist in instructing residents and families on home programs and the use of adaptive equipment

Observe and document progress, attitudes, and behavior, maintaining accurate records

Report progress and concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist

Support day-to-day administrative or clerical duties as needed

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Ohio

1-2 years of related experience preferred

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
