Soliant is working with a district seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their educational team in Apple Valley, CA , for the 2025-2026 school year . This full-time position involves providing speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12 with mild to moderate disabilities. The SLP will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that support students' communication needs and academic success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results. Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active California SLP license or Clinical Rehabilitative Services credential. ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required. Experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Application Instructions:
