Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
Experience working with children (school-based experience a plus!)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws
Key Responsibilities: Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
Provide direct therapy services focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks
Collaborate with teachers & staff to create classroom accommodations
Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful goals
Provide guidance and resources for parents and caregivers
