Position Structure and Time Commitment This full-time virtual role requires 37.5 hours per week providing speech therapy services to students ranging from elementary through high school levels. Your caseload will consist of 40-55 students with mixed communication needs, allowing for both individual and small group intervention sessions. The position emphasizes quality service delivery with adequate time for assessment, intervention planning, and comprehensive documentation. Student Population and Case Complexity You'll work with students presenting various communication disorders including articulation and phonological processes, receptive and expressive language delays, pragmatic language difficulties, and fluency disorders. The majority of students are motivated learners who respond well to virtual therapy approaches, though your caseload will also include students requiring more intensive intervention strategies. The diverse age range provides opportunities for varied therapeutic techniques and approaches. Primary Clinical Responsibilities Perform virtual speech-language evaluations using evidence-based assessment tools

Develop comprehensive intervention plans targeting specific student goals

Provide direct virtual therapy services using interactive digital platforms

Collaborate with educational teams and families through video conferencing

Maintain detailed clinical records and progress monitoring documentation

Participate in IEP development, review, and transition meetings

Offer consultation services to teachers and educational support personnel

Ensure adherence to state and federal special education compliance requirements

Professional Qualifications and Experience Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited program

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Current New Hampshire speech-language pathology licensure

Minimum 2 years of pediatric/school clinical experience

Telepractice experience preferred but comprehensive training provided

Strong knowledge of developmental communication milestones

Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse populations

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
