This remote position offers experienced SLPs the chance to utilize cutting-edge technology while maintaining the clinical excellence that defines quality speech therapy services. Weekly Schedule and Caseload This full-time remote position involves 35-40 hours per week delivering virtual speech therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. You'll manage a diverse caseload of approximately 50-60 students with various communication disorders, conducting individual and group therapy sessions through our interactive online platform. The flexible scheduling accommodates both your professional needs and optimal student learning times. Target Population and Service Areas Your caseload will include students with speech sound disorders, language impairments, social communication challenges, and voice disorders. You'll serve students who are primarily self-directed learners who thrive in the virtual environment, though you'll also work with students requiring more intensive support. The varied caseload provides opportunities to implement diverse therapeutic approaches across different age groups and severity levels. Professional Duties and Expectations Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations using telepractice assessment tools

Create individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and objectives

Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions incorporating digital materials and activities

Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and related service providers

Complete accurate clinical documentation and progress reporting

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences

Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers and staff

Maintain professional development and continuing education requirements

Education and Licensure Requirements Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Active Nevada speech-language pathology licensure

Minimum 2 years of school-based clinical experience

Virtual therapy experience highly valued

Knowledge of special education processes and regulations

Experience with diverse student populations

Strong organizational and time management skills

Technical Infrastructure and Support Success in this virtual role requires a dedicated home office with high-speed internet, professional lighting, and minimal background noise. We provide extensive training on our telepractice platform and offer continuous technical support. Familiarity with digital therapy tools and online assessment platforms is beneficial, though comprehensive orientation and ongoing professional development are provided.
