Soliant is working with a district seeking two full-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join their school-based team in Coachella, CA for the 2025-2026 academic year . These positions serve a K-12 caseload , supporting students across multiple campuses. You'll work collaboratively to help students develop the motor, sensory, and functional skills necessary to succeed in the classroom and daily school life. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect OT services to students in grades K-12 Complete evaluations, write reports, and contribute to IEPs Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Develop and implement interventions to promote student success Maintain accurate records and documentation per district and legal requirements Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team planning Qualifications: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Active California Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L) Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills Commitment to supporting diverse learners Position Details: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Calendar: 2025-2026 academic school year Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, benefits, and potential for contract renewal Supportive team environment with access to mentorship and professional development How to Apply:
