Soliant is working with a district that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their school-based team in Perris, CA. This full-time position serves a diverse K-12 student population within an Autism program. The OT will play a vital role in supporting students' ability to access and participate in their educational environment by developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized therapy plans. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative OT services to students with autism across K-12 grade levels Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student success Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current California Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L) Experience working with children with Autism preferred School-based experience a plus, but not required Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Schedule: Monday through Friday 40 hours per week Follows the academic school calendar Compensation:
