Franklin, IN Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy plans tailored to students' needs, emphasizing areas such as assistive technology and social language skills. Conduct diagnostic testing and evaluations to assess student progress and identify areas for support. Create and maintain Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives, ensuring they align with each student's developmental goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to discuss assessment results and implement strategies for improvement. Provide clear and detailed reports based on student evaluations and observations. Qualifications: Valid Indiana Professional License (IPLA) and a teaching license from the Department of Education (IDOE). 1 to 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
