Collaborate with parents to review evaluation findings and discuss subsequent steps. Carry out classroom observations to assess student needs and facilitate tailored interventions. Implement additional assessments and screenings for students, including Pre-Kindergarten. Serve as a valuable resource for district employees regarding student diagnoses and learning facilitation strategies. Attend and participate in CSE, CPSE, and 504 committee meetings as required. Provide individual and small group therapy sessions to address diverse student needs. Maintain confidentiality and establish cooperative relationships with all stakeholders.
