Ideal candidates will possess prior home health experience, a current PT license, a reliable vehicle, an excellent driving record, and auto insurance. As a Physical Therapist on our team, you'll be:

Assessing and evaluating therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status, directing physical therapy treatment, and providing crucial instruction to patients and their families on the use of therapeutic appliances. Territory : King County

• Active PT license in WA State
• Reliable car with current insurance coverage and a valid driver's license
• Experience working in a Medicare-certified Home Health agency
• Organized and self-starting to manage caseload and scheduling independently
