Earning Potential of 4K+ per month employment type: experience level: no experience required job title: Certified Massage/Neuromuscular Therapist Are you a Certified Massage Therapist with a deep passion for healing and a strong foundation in neuromuscular therapy? We are currently hiring 2 Massage Therapists who have completed 500 hours of core training (including anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology), and is either: Currently undergoing and close to finishing neuromuscular therapy training, OR Already certified in neuromuscular therapy. Position Requirements: No professional experience required - but we will evaluate your touch quality, assessment skills, and performance during the 90-day trial. Must have a clean and valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to perform occasional outcalls. Familiarity with SOAP notes is ideal (can be trained). Willing to both give and receive bodywork during regular team training. Comfortable with upselling and cross-selling services. Eloquent, outgoing, professional, and ethical. Willing to engage in personal growth, energy work, and clinical learning. Must follow directions and uphold professional boundaries at all times. Compensation & Benefits: 90-Day Trial Period: $20/hr for office/admin duties (when not with a client) $27/hr during client sessions in-office +$5/hr bonus for outcalls, plus mileage reimbursement Sales and cross-sell bonuses available After 90 Days: Evaluation and potential negotiation of higher pay Opportunity for a 1-year contract After 6 months of employment, you become a permanent employee with health insurance benefits and paid advanced education on Craniosacral and Visceral Mobilization Big Plus If You Have: Previous sales experience Certifications in Craniosacral Therapy or Visceral Manipulation Additional bodywork credentialsthe more you bring, the more we're willing to pay What We're Building: This isn't your typical spa.
