Physical Therapist Job Overview:

Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff as needed, following state licensure requirements and professional standards.

Ensure adherence to department and patient treatment schedules, timely clinical and billing documentation requirements, and attendance at work-related meetings.

Attend and contribute to patient care, staffing conferences, and other related meetings.

Make referrals to other disciplines and agencies to address theprehensive needs of the patient.

Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen based on the needs and capabilities of each patient.

Physical Therapist Job Qualifications:

Active PT license in Georgia

Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's Degree in Physical therapy related field and Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years in a progressively responsible PT experience
