Qualifications: Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Experience working with children, particularly in an elementary school or healthcare setting. Strong understanding of speech and language development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other health professionals. Proficient in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist.
