Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist with a masters degree or higher for a remote position. This role involves providing speech and language therapy to K-12 students in Wisconsin, assisting them in improving their communication skills and achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote speech and language therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each student's specific needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into students' educational activities and support their overall development.
• Use teletherapy platforms effectively to conduct therapy sessions and engage with students.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to parents and teachers on strategies to enhance students' communication skills.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin.
• At least 2 years of experience providing speech and language therapy services in K-12 educational settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of K-12 educational processes and effective therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
