Soliant is working with a district that is seeking two full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join a supportive educational team in Thermal, CA for the 2025-2026 school year. These positions will serve a diverse K-12 student caseload across one or more school sites. The COTAs will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement individualized therapy plans, support students' functional participation in school activities, and collaborate with educators and families. Responsibilities: Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals Assist in implementing therapeutic activities focused on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and classroom participation Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with supervising OT, special education team, and classroom staff Qualifications: Valid California COTA license (required) Prior school-based or pediatric experience (preferred) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for supporting student development and inclusion Why Join Us?
