Caseload: R oughly 45 students ( half K-8, half high school).
Location: Onsite near Highland Park, MI
License Required: Active MI SLP License in good standing
We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive educational team near Highland Park, MI for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, onsite position will serve a caseload of approximately 45 students split between K-8 and High school
The ideal candidate will be passionate about early intervention, collaborative in team environments, and confident delivering services aligned with student IEPs. This is a great opportunity for an experienced SLP or a strong early-career clinician ready to grow in a dynamic school setting.
Primary Responsibilities:Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12
Conduct evaluations and write reports in alignment with IDEA requirements
Develop and contribute to IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
Maintain documentation and progress tracking in compliance with state and district requirements
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Michigan SLP license in good standing (required)
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
